Class Descriptions:
Cardio Combat (Keith) - 4 week sessions only. Combination of cardio with heavy bag training - full body - all levels (Open combat recommended to start). This is NOT included in the monthly membership. OPEN Combat is included.
Morning Wake Up (Keith) - lower intensity class for all levels utilizing lighter bars, with band work
HIIT (Keith) - High Intensity Interval Training - scalable for all levels
Midday Crush (Keith) - full body resistance training - all levels
Butts & Guts (Deni/Brandi) - 35 min class focusing on band work for glutes and core!!
CYCLE (Various) - various spin classes with overall emphasis on cardio capacity and interval work. Power/Climb classes will be announced ahead of time - all levels
Balance & Stretch (Summer) - core focused class with elements of Yoga, Pilates and overall stretch
Power Hour (Deni) - Accessory focused strength class, with dumbbells & kettlebell focus - good for all levels
DB Express (Deni) - 35 minute class with compound dumbell movments - light cardio - good for all levels
Cardio Blast (Bethany) - all cardio with bodyweight movements - scalable for all levels
YGIG (Deni) - 35 minute class - You Go I GO structure - short with high intensity - all levels
Express Kickbox (Meg) - 35 minute class - Kickboxing fundamentals with bag work - ROUND structure - you DO need gloves for this workout. (We recommend open palm gloves, as you will also be doing ground work on your hands)
SiB Fit (Deni) - functional fitness workouts - fairly high intensity but scalable. Full body with accessories
Barbell for all (Deni) - Olympic or beginner bar options for everyone who wants to get a barbell workout in
TYP/Kettlebell (DTrain) - "trust your process" - HIIT and/or accessory work. Trust DTrain to bring a workout for all levels
Deck of Cards (Deni) - open to all - different exercises each week using Deck of Cards structure
MixxedFit (Brittani/Syreeta) - SUPER FUN, dance based workout with some functional fitness - good for all levels
Zumba (Nay/Davina) - the PARTY class!! Cardio dance, whole body workout - good for all levels
