Jeni - Sunday Cycle
I have been teaching Spin for over 20 years. My passion for taking classes led me to getting certified. I still love it! Spinning is a great outlet after a hard day at the office. It is a challenging cardio workout that can be adapted to your fitness level. Plus the friendships that I have developed in class through the years are priceless.

Summer - Stretch/Balance, Spin & Barbells
Summer was born with a love of fitness. At an early age she participated in tap, ballet, gymnastics, soccer and Tai Kwon Do. In Junior and Senior High School, she was on the cheerleading squad and was nominated as Captain by her coach and peers.
Summer received her first group fitness certification in 2006 for Spin. Les Mills classes Body Balance (2006), Body Pump (2007), and Body Combat (2015) were earned, and she is also an assessor for Body Pump and Combat. In addition, she earned a certification from AFAA for Personal Trainer (2007) and a MMA Conditioning Specialist certification from AFAA as well.
Summer’s coaching philosophy is based on the belief that a healthy lifestyle requires a holistic approach. She wants every participant to leave feeling a little better about themselves than they did when they started. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her husband, scuba dive, cook, read, and live life to its’ fullest.

Meg - Bootcamp, Kickboxing & DB Express
I don’t like pina coladas but I do like getting caught in the rain. Oops, wrong profile. Many moons ago I went to Lock Haven University and received a Bachelor of Science in Recreation: Fitness Management. Life happened and I got out of the fitness biz.
About 10 years ago, I got my ass in gear and made exercise a priority. I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer 8 years ago and have been helping people exercise the demons ever since. I enjoy participating in obstacle course races, such as the Spartan Race. Some call me Maniac…I’m not sure why though.
Melinda Danhauser of Zentral Station YOGA
A former math teacher, in 2014 I started my journey in yoga as a way to improve my strength, flexibility, and balance for competitive figure skating. Although I expected the physical challenge of yoga, I unexpectedly discovered the emotionally healing nature in my very first practice. Yoga became such a therapeutic and uplifting part of my life that I chose to continue with it after I stopped skating.
In 2021, being an educator at heart and wanting to share the positive effects of yoga with others, I completed my RYT 200 to become a certified yoga instructor. Since then I have completed certifications in Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness.
My husband and I moved to Maryland from California in 2022, and have settled in Waldorf. When I’m not practicing yoga, I like to paint, read, and go for nature walks. I am so excited to be part of the local yoga community and Zentral Station.
